The Cat! THE CAT!

My mother and I each got brand new white SUVs, and we spent half of the first night we had them sleeping in them before we went in our apartment. Later we saw a similar vehicle that had a mini satellite dish and thought it was really cool. My mom got out a small wooden stool to see into the apartment of the people who owned the satellite SUV, I guess. As she was trying to look, people kept coming by, and she would try to look nonchalant. One of our neighbors that we used to get along with opened their door, and a different person came out. We went into the arcade (that isn't really there in real life) below building 9, and I looked around. I was amazed because I said when I was a kid, I never really knew about any of the cool stuff around here, despite living here. I saw some kids playing games, and this one kid had dark messy hair. I told him "nice hair" and there was another kid with a red scruffy beard, and I told him "love the beard". I assumed it was fake since he was just a boy. Later, I was driving my new SUV down a narrow road in the woods towards where my neighborhood apparently came out in the next town, which it really doesn't. I think my mom was there too because we saw an old pale blue car hidden in the trees, which she pointed out. I remember only being able to see half of it, so I thought it was a totalled car or something. The paint was faded and the car was big, like an Oldsmobile from the 90s. I thought it was cool since my mom used to have a couple, and went to investigate. When I got there, I found that it was completely intact and in working order, and there were two people inside. I freaked out because I wasn't expecting there to be people and drove back home. When I got home, my mom was very nervous, and Jimmy was there with her. She told me that I was no longer allowed to stay and had to leave because someone was after me, and I was in danger. Jimmy made me a talisman or something that was shaped like an X or lopsided cross while I freaked out and asked my mom what I was supposed to do if someone was after me, especially on my own. Jimmy said under his breath "T-T-T-T-Tardis!" and drew a yellow T on my talisman thingy before handing it to me. I remember I had a black cat as well, and it loved my mom and I and was sometimes mean to Jimmy, but he said it loved him too. I went to the bathroom, and I was nervous since someone was after me, and I opened the shower curtain, hoping no one was there, only to find my poor cat. His fur was matted, and his limbs were broken and mutilated. I ran back to the kitchen where Jimmy and my mom were, trying to scream but unable to make a sound. I just kept mouthing the words "The cat! THE CAT!" I kept trying to yell, but my voice wouldn't go louder than a croak.
I also remember seeing the car a second time, flipped on its side to show a red underside, but I was too scared to check it out. I also seem to remember my mom having a minion from Despicable Me.
